RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases, made through www.jojosattic.com
If any item, other than final sale merchandise fails to meet your expectations:
You will need to notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of
receipt of the merchandise to receive a RA # to be able to return the mechandise. All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags attached, not worn, laundered or altered to receive in store credit. Used items will not be accepted for in store credit or replacements. Shipping Charges are not refundable.
* Your package will include an order invoice. Please return a copy of this with the package.
* Pack and seal your products securely in the original package if possible.
* Mail package out to Jo Jo's Attic
Please note that the return label is not prepaid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
RETURNS ARE ONLY ALLOWED WHEN SHIPPING BACK TO JO JO'S ATTIC, OTHERWISE EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AT THE STORE.
DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGE THAT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
WE DO NOT PROCESS AND ORDERS ON WEEKENDS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
Exchanges within the Store

* Exchanges are accepted at Jo Jo's Attic for an equivalent item or store credit towards your next purchase.
* Bring product with original invoice and we will be glad to exchange for you.
