Jo Jo's Attic will do its best to ensure that any information on our Site is accurate and complete to satisfy our customer's needs. If there are any errors, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update our information at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that might be caused by our own errors and we will do our best to fix such errors, and thank you for your cooperation. User Comments, Feedback, Postcards And Other Submissions

Collected contents such as comments, feedbacks, and suggestions provided by Jo Jo's Attic customers and offered to Jo Jo's Attic will be used as Jo Jo's Attic property. Jo Jo's Attic is under no obligation to keep such contents confidential or respond to such contents and we will not pay users any compensation for these contents.

You agreed that any comments submitted to the Site are not intended for commercial use and it is for solely personal use.

We respect the information you share with us as personal and confidential.

Any information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order.  We will not share any of your information with others.

Merchandise Availability

 All orders received will be shipped out within 2-3 business days with the exception of custom orders which may vary between 2- 6 weeks depending on the time of year.

The quality of merchandise and availability of merchandise may vary at Jo Jo's Attic retail store and on our online Site. Please know that some of our featured items may be available in limited quantities. If you have any questions concerning the availability, please contact our Customer Service at 806-638-3658.

We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any product including service and refuse service to any customers that violate any of our business practices.

Product Information

The products displayed on our Site are available in the Jo Jo's Attic store in the United States Only.

We will make every effort to provide accurate information to our customers yet due to the particular technical settings of individual computer, it may affect the accuracy of its display image.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases, made through www.jojosattic.com

If any item, other than final sale merchandise fails to meet your expectations:

You will need to notify us via email at elaine@jojosattic.com within 7 days of

receipt of the merchandise to receive a RA # to be able to return the mechandise.  All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags attached, not worn, laundered or altered to receive in store credit.  Used items will not be accepted for in store credit or replacements. Shipping Charges are not refundable.

    * Your package will include an order invoice.  Please return a copy of this with the package.

    * Pack and seal your products securely in the original package if possible.

    * Mail package out to Jo Jo's Attic 

Please note that the return label is not prepaid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

RETURNS ARE ONLY ALLOWED WHEN SHIPPING BACK TO JO JO'S ATTIC, OTHERWISE EXCHANGES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AT THE STORE.

DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGE THAT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

WE DO NOT PROCESS AND ORDERS ON WEEKENDS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

Exchanges within the Store

    * Items may be exchanged at Jo Jo's Attic store.

    * Exchanges are accepted at Jo Jo's Attic for an equivalent item or store credit towards your next purchase.

    * Bring product with original invoice and we will be glad to exchange for you.

    * Exchanges are to be made within 15 days of receipt date.
